Steve Crifasi serves as Associate Director of Wealth Management and Business Development at Westover Capital Advisors. In this role, Steve works closely with clients to deliver personalized financial guidance and helps lead initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and outreach.
Steve was also raised here in Wilmington and attended Archmere Academy. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designations. The CFP® designation, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, signifies expertise in comprehensive financial, retirement, tax, and estate planning. The CTFA designation, awarded by the American Bankers Association, demonstrates advanced knowledge in fiduciary responsibility, trust administration, and estate and wealth planning.
Steve brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a research analyst at Penn Square Capital, focusing on equity and private real estate markets. He later spent more than 13 years at Glenmede and Wilmington Trust, where he served as a relationship manager for high-net-worth individuals and families.
He serves on the Investment Committee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, is a member of the Delaware Estate Planning Council and the Wilmington Tax Group, serves on the Board of Directors of the Wilmington Country Club, and is active with the Archmere Academy Alumni Association.
