As Westover’s Client Service Solutions Officer, Jenn Reichner provides oversight and strategic support for complex, non-standard client needs. She is engaged when matters require seasoned judgment, coordination, and discretion—often involving complex service issues, estate and trust administration, or unique family circumstances—rather than routine day-to-day requests.
With more than 25 years of experience working closely with Westover’s leadership, Jenn is a trusted resource for resolving nuanced issues and guiding teams when situations fall outside the ordinary. She plays an important role in supporting Westover’s multi-generational client relationships and ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch experience that reflects the firm’s personal, family-oriented approach.
Jenn began her career in 1999 working alongside Murray and has grown with the firm into a senior leadership role, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a long-standing partnership with Westover’s leadership team.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys time with her husband, Jimmy, and their four children, often cheering from the sidelines at rowing regattas and volleyball matches. She treasures time with family, especially summer weekends at the Jersey Shore with their chocolate labs, Guinness and Bailey.
